Mr. Forte leads Independent Valuation Services and Asset Management Services. He specializes in the sourcing, structuring, and risk management of private investments with both asset based and cash flow structures.

Mr. Forte held investment valuation positions with Sterling Valuation Group, Inc. in New York, NY and Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin’s Hedge Fund & Derivatives Valuation practice in New York, NY. Other related experience includes lead Asset Manager for D.B. Zwirn & Company, a global multi-strategy hedge fund in New York, NY, Assistant Vice President for the CIT Group in New York, NY as well as commercial Loan Officer for Citizens Bank in Boston, MA and New York, NY. Mr. Forte holds a BS in Business Management from Bentley University in Massachusetts.

Dr. Mann is a thought leader in fixed income analytics and a recognized authority in alternative investments. Dr. Mann has served as an expert witness in the valuation of complex financial instruments including structured products and securities lending for litigation involving large financial institutions pre and post crisis.

Dr. Mann is currently a Professor and the Chair of the Finance Department at the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. He is also the Associate Editor to Frank Fabozzi for the Handbook of Fixed-Income Securities. In addition, Dr. Mann is a contributing author to the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam curriculum.

Mr. Chau leads the Transaction Due Diligence practice. In recent years, Mr. Chau and his team have completed hundreds of on-site due diligence projects relating to private investments across a wide range of industries.

His responsibilities include client relationship management, scheduling, due diligence, and report production. Mr. Chau is familiar with a wide range of business models, accounting systems, and cash account configurations based on his extensive transaction experience. Mr. Chau graduated with a BS in Accounting from Bentley University in Massachusetts.

Prior to joining, Mr. Chau held a management position at Pershing (a division of Bank of New York) in Jersey City, NJ.
